Main stage content for a three-day festival on Randall’s Island — full-width LED behind and around the booth, running from load-in to close every night, in front of a crowd that is not sitting still and never looking at any one thing for long. The Sunday School stage put two school buses either side of the DJ, cut and set symmetrically, and projection mapped them as one surface.
Nothing is projected onto the buses so much as out of them. Windows, tires and grilles each run as their own loop, so the illusions are built from the shape of the vehicle and the whole thing plays along with the set.
